Yes you can manage that via timesheet app. Odoo provide offline work mode specially  maintain time management who visit field level.

We have built a module for v13 that will allow sales person and field service personnel to continue to work even when offline. The application works on both IOS and Android devices, it uses middleware to arbitrate between online and offline. The device can be set to synchronize automatically when in service area (comes online) or by pressing the upload button.
