ASPAC International is a Belgian group that works to improve access to safe drinking water and sanitation, supporting human activities while balancing social well-being and environmental sustainability. The Deloitte Digital Mix team, in collaboration with the Deloitte Finance Operate team, implemented a revamped Odoo setup with a strong focus on Purchase, Finance and Controlling, Analytical Accounting, and Closing steps.
BoorX specialized in professional drilling in real estate. BoorX is part of Juvah group that specializes in Ventilation solutions for B2B and B2C. The Deloitte team implemented full lead to cash scope focus. The principal modules implemented were Website, Lead management, CRM, Contacts, Sales, Opportunity & Quoting, Projects, Purchasing and Accounting. Lastly Field Services was implemented to fully cover the scope of activities of BoorX. Implementation was done in less than two months.
Conti-Lines Group is a family-owned shipping company based in Antwerp. The group consists of 10+ legal entities.
Deloitte is assisting Conti-Lines Group in migrating its entities towards Odoo Accounting. For its vessel management VESON is used where Deloitte assists the internal IT team in setting up integration between VESON and Odoo for master data, vendor / customer bills and payments.

Euro NCAP, with the support of Deloitte, has streamlined its operations using Odoo. They now manage their flagship annual event efficiently through a flexible, no-code Event Registration system. Additionally, by integrating Odoo with SharePoint, they automated their quote-to-cash process, simplifying complex financial workflows involving OEMs, labs, and sponsors.
Pacapime, a long-established Belgian cardboard packaging producer, replaced Exact Globe and Scansys with Odoo to modernise its accounting and approval processes and prepare for e-invoicing. Implemented by Deloitte, Odoo streamlined approval flows, reduced manual work, and delivered compliance-ready financial visibility, providing a solid and future-proof accounting foundation.
Groep Demets, a specialist in earthmoving and transport, chose Odoo as a flexible ERP solution to support its diverse operations and gain a consolidated view across entities. Each company within the group benefits from tailored sales and operational workflows. A TMS integration was also implemented to streamline transport invoicing, allowing proposals to flow into Odoo for billing and collection.
