Active in clean-tech and energy transition, their focus is centred around three pillars: Supply & Maintenance Monitoring Systems (hardware components and specific software for monitoring), Structural Health Reporting Services (advanced signal processing and data patterns), and Expert Advanced Data Analysis Services (health and lifetime extension).

With a mix of Professional Services, Manufacturing & Assembly, R&D, and Subscriptions, 24Sea had a high demand for Project Controlling and Accounting/Controlling services.

The Deloitte Digital Mix team, in collaboration with the Deloitte Finance Operate team, implemented a revamped Odoo setup with a strong focus on Project Monitoring and Controlling, Analytical Accounting, and the Closing Checklist.
