We are a print company and need to produce final printed products in square foot increments. If we were producing 1 sq foot of a final product the set up, and final take down would be the same no matter the size of material the only changes would be print time and the cost associated with that.

We would like a way to account for the different print times, ink needs, and material needs based on sq footage while also keeping our set up, take down and transfer between work centers static in cost instead of being added to cost with each square foot produced.
