Hello,

I'm using odoo online v18 and would like to set up a custom email domain. I am in debug mode, created an alias domain under technical->emails and selected this domain under general settings-> e-mails. where can I now find or create the DKIM key that I need to put into my local e-mail server?

There is no "DKIM" field in the outgoing server configuration template

DKIM, as SPF is a configuration of your domain name to protect it.

If you want to setup your own domain with Odoo, indeed, Odoo asks you to have these DKIM and SPF properly configured but it's configured through your Domain Name Provider

For example with OVH, you'll have to modify entries in the DNS zones



I hope it will help. If you know nothing about configuring DNS zone, I think you must call your IT provider ;)
