Im using Odoo 14. I use personal email addresses for sending and receiving emails from odoo.
The email replies are attached correctly to relevant lead in CRM but when the lead moves to other modules (e.g, Sales/Purchase) the email replies becomes new lead instead of attaching to relevant lead.
please let me know how to solve this problem. Do we need to develop a new function to solve this problem ?

I have configured my own mailserver and email address which works fine for sending and receiving emails in odoo.
every new email becomes lead and the qualified lead is converted to opportunity and then it is sent to vendor by email. When the lead is sent to vendor by email it moves to purchase module. So now when vendor replies to email the reply becomes new lead instead of going into same case in purchase module
Could you substantiate "lead is sent to vendor by email it moves to purchase module"
1. Do you use any email template?
2. Is this email sent from purchase app or CRM? If you require the reply in purchase app, you would usually need to send the email from purchase app
3. What does it mean by "moves to purchase module"? Do you create a new record in purchase/ sales that links to that opportunity? What happens to the opportunity in CRM?
1- We do not use any template
2- The RFQ is sent by email from CRM Opportunity.
3- We create a new record in purchase/ sales that links to that opportunity.

Can you please provide as much detail as you can? Especially, the part "when the lead moves to other modules (e.g, Sales/Purchase) the email replies becomes new lead instead of attaching to relevant lead." This will speed up the resolution process.
