Where are the supplier price lists in Odoo 9 (Community Version)?

1. Visit Purchases --> Settings and check that Allow using and importing vendor pricelists is the option selected under Purchase Order | Vendor Price.
2. Make sure the User Interfaces refreshes, and look for the Supplier Pricelist menu under Purchases --> Purchase.
