Hi,

You can create price-list manually in the db and couple of product lines into it, then we will export this created price-list an excel using the odoo export feature(export import compatible format).

Once you export it, delete the created price-list from the database and try importing the exported file and see whether it successfully creates the price-list, if yes delete it and add more product lines to the sheet and once all done, just import it.
