Hi everyone, 


We are in the process of upgrading our V14 to V15. After several months of back and forth replies with Odoo Support, we are still facing issues with our website form and recaptcha.


The error is "The reCaptcha token is invalid."


The Recaptcha keys were the same as the ones we have in V14 and we are using the same domain, therefore it should still work for V15.


It would be great if anyone can shed some light or share their experiences on this issue.

Hi. In our case we have an old script in head label (inserted from website editor). The script was aimed to enable livechat. So we deleted it and recaptcha starts to be loaded (you can inspect if it is loadad showing the sources tab in browser dev console). Regards. Fernando.

Thank you Fernando, after many correspondences with Odoo support, they have verified it was a missing section in the upgrade script which they have fixed it for us already.

Hi Fernando,

Thank you very much for your answer regarding the head label - we had the same issuein v16 (a database that has been migrated since v13). 

Just as an additional comment to your answer - the incorrect view is the "web.frontend_layout"-view. We copy&pasted the view from a fresh installation of Odoo and it worked.
