Hi,

I'm facing a message error when I confirm my SO in the process of cross docking.

I set parameters as described in doc I found :

Inventory configuration : multiple routes

Material inventory tab, route cross dock activated (vendor and price ok)

RFQ creation ok


I can't confirm it 

Odoo display this user message error :

No rule was found to replenish "3 BOULES (37-42)" in "Physical Locations / Inter-warehouse transit".
Check the route configuration of the article.
I checked my settings  several time and now I ask the question ;)

Hi,

The cross docking route is usually 

Pull from from WH/Input to WH/Output (Internal Transfer)

Pull from WH/Output to Partner locations/ Customers (Delivery Order)

Your error message is 'Physical Locations/ Inter-warehouse transit', could you validate the route? It is likely a different route is being triggered from SO or your receiving warehouse is set different to the delivery warehouse.

I change the delivery warehouse address and the process seems to be right.

But : when the delivery order is done, where can I see the stock qty per "customer" ?

The issue :


Generally, a central stock which pushes the replenishment in store (point of sale).
In some cases, the boxes identified from the order for a store go through the central warehouse without entering stock and are delivered to this store (cross  docking). 
How can I see the quantity in stock per item in the stores? I only see the movements

I believe you are asking how to view the stock in each warehouse. You would be able to view the stock quantity from Inventory report Inventory -> Reports -> Inventory report
Group by Location and Product and filter by On Hand.

You can do this by warehouse and locations including customer location (all delivered products), but you might not be able to view by specific customer or group by customer. For that you might have to go to sales report.

Hope I got your question correct.
