Hi everyone, 

We are trying to use Odoo Helpdesk in V14, but the emails are being received incorrectly.

We use G Suite and have one parent alias, and other aliases created from different group types such as sales@domainname.... support@domainname....


The problem we are having is that our HelpDesk is configured to received emails from support@domainname, (one of our group aliases) , but the emails are coming directly from our parent alias. We have configured HelpDesk settings in the backend to receive emails specifically from support@domainame but still we're recieving the wrong email types.


Our incoming email server is configured for the parent alias we have, but each time I try to create a separate incoming mail server for support@domainname, I get a 'failed to lookup' message.


Does anyone have any advice?
