Configure a service product to create a subscription and a project and sell that service to a Customer.
This creates a monthly or annual subscription. From the helpdesk ticket you click the Customer to see all service contracts that Customer has purchased and what the conditions of them are.
You can determine if the ticket falls within the terms of the contract or not by checking the details on the order for that contract.

A field service worker would then set the correct contract on the Sales Order that is created to keep track of the products/services provided during the visit.
