I am setting up odoo for a client and I am getting a bit messed up with UOM.

I am selling single and double measure 35ml & 70ml both have different sale prices and come from either 70cl, 1 litre or a 1.5 litre bottle. I would like to be able to stock in ml as I can see that is the easiest way.

Has anyone done this with a bar before?  I have seen variants but not able to correctly select different sale prices and now trying to see if I can use MRP, but feel this is a bit over kill for the client to administer.

Any assistance would be great.

Hello Shane,

As Odoo is flexible you can configure different sale and purchase unit of measure. also you can setup different variant cost according your need. here are some basic example which will help you to configure your scenario properly.

Do let me know if you require further help, feel free to contact me on odoo@aktivsoftware.com

Hi,

By default in odoo there is option to set different sale price for the product variants, as you says you dint find the way to set different sale price for the product variants, have a look at this :  https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/inventory/settings/products/variants.html

Thanks

Thanks for your help, but using product variant is not going to deduct the purchased stock correctly.

Purchase 1 bottle @ 1500ml

Sell shots @ 35ml & 70ml
