Hi


I am receiving this error message when I try to upload images using the Treehouse theme to design a website. 


Missing Record
Record does not exist or has been deleted. (Record: ir.attachment(921,), User: 2)

I am unable to upload any media (photos)

How do I fix this?

I am currently logged in as admin and have some parts of the website designed. Do I have to delete designs thus far and logout before attempting to upgrade as this will not be possible?

Without any context information and log entries provided, try to upgrade the website app and the treehouse theme.
