Unable to upload media when designing website

Hi

I am receiving this error message when I try to upload images using the Treehouse theme to design a website.

Missing Record  Record does not exist or has been deleted. (Record: ir.attachment(921,), User: 2)
I am unable to upload any media (photos)
How do I fix this?

I am currently logged in as admin and have some parts of the website designed. Do I have to delete designs thus far and logout before attempting to upgrade as this will not be possible?
