I want to ask about the company name if it is possible to translate it from the database or should we translate it using code.

Usually when editing fields, on translatable fields, you get a translation button top right of the field. In the case of the company name this button is not there.
I believe you would have to translate the names at the view level.
May you please explain more about {to translate the names at the view level}

it could be on forms, reports, etc.
