We are facing a strange situation with v16 subscriptions on Odoo online (SaaS). The Invoices are getting automatically generated and are being marked as sent. However, some of the invoices are not getting logged in the chatter. The message log (Settings > Technical > Messages) has records for these notifications. As a result, we have no idea whether these Invoices were actually sent without contacting the customer.
We will be logging a support ticket but am also posting here to see if we can get a quicker resolution.
