I am developing a stock ageing report, can I consider the total quantity and value using the following fields?

An example of how to find the existing stock and value of LT101BKT0103 by summing the quantity and value.
I am asking this question because some third-party applications use 'remaining Qty' and 'Remaining Value' to display the total quantity and value. These fields are available in standard Odoo but are hidden in the view.
Same enabled via studio
The total value of some items does not match the remaining value... So, I'm confused about which one is correct!
