Hi Renuka,

Since you have the enterprise version of Odoo you can use the official Odoo support system. Odoo has to provide you with a solution/fix and the response times are faster than the other platforms. Please report this at https://www.odoo.com/help and somebody from Odoo should help you as soon as possible.

In the future, if you'd encounter bugs in Odoo you could also report them at the Github issue tracker (usually used for non-enterprise bugs) or through the official support.

Regards,
Yenthe

Its working on odoo enterprise runbot,

can you please help me? what is missing in my system

Okay if it works on runbot its even simpler: update your Odoo instance. Just make sure your local Odoo has the latest code. See https://www.odoo.yenthevg.com/update-odoo-environment-github/ for more info for example

Thank you I will check.

No problem. Don't forget to upvote/accept an answer if it has helped you :)

P.S: If you've installed the enterprise version through installers then https://www.odoo.com/documentation/13.0/setup/update.html will help you a lot.
