Does anyone know if SEPA is the same thing as ACH (Automated Clearing House) in the US, and if so would this module function the same way for the ACH? Would rather use that instead of taking that massive hit on processing fees. We are legally allowed to add processing fees to transactions in the US. Is there an automation to automatically tag let's say 3-3.5% onto the invoice if they opt to pay the bill online vs writing a check for delivery or processing via ACH? We direct distribute on trucks and base the customers pricing around the assumption of ACH or check, and don't build the 3-3.5% into the pricing structure. That would be roughly I believe 5.5-6% markup we'd lose.

I did finally figure out SEPA vs ACH, as well as where and how to process it, but still haven't found any reference to automating a surcharge for credit card processing. Probably just being goofy and overlooking it.
