In Odoo V.11, in the routing for Bill of Materials, has anyone found a way to make all of the operations "ready" at the same time? I have tried to set minimum number of products processed to zero, but some operations are still waiting.

It is not working I think. You have to fix it manually or report bug on odoo git/issue.
