Hello,
I would like to know how it is possible to know who received the message when using helpdesk. In fact, sometimes new employee comes in one ticket and I would like to know which message they did receive in their inbox.

Good question, it`s very important know who is viewing a ticket..
maybe odoo need tom improve this part...
