I have created a sales order, confirmed, delivered and fully invoiced. the sales appear properly in the report. Now when the customer returns the products, first into the stock then with a credit note, reversing the stock moves and the payment, it still shows in the report as a sales, even though it is fully reversed.

How does Odoo handle product returns?

Hi Fathi,

If I understood your question correctly, When you create any sales order it will be reflected in the sales report which you are getting correctly , product return have no influence on sales report. If you need the product return report then you have to prefer stock report.

I understand that I can see the product returns in the stock report or through credit notes in accounting and they are reflected properly there, but when the product is returned the sales should be considered canceled and shouldn't reflect on the sales report
