Hi everyone,

I’m trying to make the Link Tracker icon visible for a regular internal user (not an administrator). Right now, it seems to be missing for non-admin users.

Is there a specific permission or setting that needs to be adjusted to make the icon available? Any guidance on how to enable this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Vanessza

Link Tracker menu and its sub menu UTM are restricted to the group Extra Rights / Technical Features

To Make it visible for all users you can remove this restriction by doing the following:

1- Activate Developer mode by going to settings then scroll down and press on
Activate the developer mode

2- Go to Settings =>Technical=>User Interface => Menu Items

3- Search for Link Tracker

4- Open the menu

5- Remove the Group Extra Rights / Technical Features By Pressing on the x button at the end of the row

6- Open Submenus tab

7- Click on UTMs

8- Remove the Group Extra Rights / Technical Features By Pressing on the x button at the end of the row

9- Click on Save

10- Test it and confirm its working
