I have a Case where we manufacture Valves. For Manufacturing we use Castings and Components.

Castings are procured in Weight and used in Units / Nos. The units of measure used are not related to each other. 1 No. can be 52Kgs, 100Kgs or some times 2000Kgs. (Process - Material procured, Machined in house or outsourced and Assembled in house)

Lenghts on Bar Stock are received and inoviced by the supplier in weight and after they are cut into pieces and machined they are used in units. In this case too units are not related.  (Machining outsourced and assembled in house)

Is there a possibility to use all this contstraints in ODOO and get the cost of material based on price of the Raw Material that changes on daily basis. i.e. if the rate of WCB casting goes up by 2/kg. the rate of the finished valve should get affected and also with all such variable we should be able to process the Purchases and Manufacturing

Please share if some one knows about such process and can be implemented in ODOO

I havent got any valuable suggestion for my query. I am repeating it in little easier way. 1st Case: If A is raw material used by weight, B is Raw Material Processed in units, C is Final Product, M is Market value of the raw material. There is no relation for Units to Weights. They differ with final products. A+B=C. How to get costing when M is changing frequently(Fluctuating)
