I have a odoo 12 installation and an iotbox 20. version. Tried a lot of things but the printer doesn't work. It opens the cashdrawer but no ticket out of the printer. Strange in my opinion!
Does anybody have a solution for this? I think its a printer driver problem, but i'm not sure. Hope some helps on its way......
