I've launched Odoo 12 but printing our delivery slips (and all other documents) shows the xml code for the template in the document instead of rendering it into the report. How can I fix this?

We were able to fix the problem by uninstalling the custom addon module, updating odoo and reinstalling the custom addon module and the re-configuring the document templates.
