Hello,
Emails from the helpdesk are being sent and delivered correctly.
However, only the automatic mails are listed in "Settings > Technical > Email > Email". The ones that are sent when adding messages in a ticket are not listed there.
Is there a reason why it is missing. Is there a way to configure all outgoing mails to be listed there ?
(Note that we are using our own SMTP server)
