I am trying to use Odoo 8 on windows 7 using Eclipse environment. I have cloned the version 8 from github and installed postgresql on my system. I have followed all the steps mentioned in https://www.odoo.com/forum/how-to/developers-13/how-to-debug-odoo-in-eclipse-under-winows-36105
I can easily create database but I cannot restore database. I get an error command: psql not found.
Please help. Thank you.
