Hi I want to set up an email address where everyone can write an email to. Like questions@mycompany.com (external mail)
all emails should be accepted.
all emails should be put either in a discussion channel: CustumersQuestions
or in the inbox of the Users in the AnswerTeam.
right now I configured the email questions@mycompany.com as the catchall
if I write a test mail to the questions@mycompany.com I get a Mailer deamon:
Hello ,
The email sent to questions@mycompany.com cannot be processed. This address is used to collect replies and should not be used to directly contact mycompany.
Please contact us instead using admin@mycompany.com
Regards,
The mycompany team.
In my opinion that should be a standard problem which should be easy to fix but I couldn't find answers on google.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management

Odoo uses the catchall email account for its own logic and workflow, you can not abuse it. Also, if you have a specific email address for your purposes, there is no need for catchall, as the address is well defined.
So I have to set up a catchall and a questions mail?
How would I make sure that those mails are seen by for example all users in the sales team, or everyone in the questions discussion channel?
