Generally speaking, how can I create a pdf with the same look and feel of the html report.

Try this,

Edit the online quotation on the preview mode and add three columns section. It should looks like this screenshot.

Now, I added the online quotation in the print menu so I can print it as pdf file. Here's the output of the pdf

As you can see, the PDF re-arranged the three columns in a vertical way.

How can I redesign the pdf to match the same behavior of the HTML view?
