We are using Odoo for our restaurant and we do have 3 options
1) Dine-in
2) Delivery
3) Take Away
We are able to create multiple price list as we charge extra for Delivery and Take Away using the pricelist option.
Likewise, Delivery and Take Away order will have different BoM for products as we need to add packing materials, ketchups, paper bags etc when we bill.
Any idea how we can get it done?
I'd suggest you look at using Product Variants with Attributes.
For example: Dine-in, Delivery, Take Away can be attributes or values.
You could have an attribute called "Order Preferences" and each of the above at the options available.
You can then specify on the BOM, which lines apply only to each of the attributes mentioned.
The major benefit is there is only a single BOM to worry about.

The restaurant offers three options: dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. The dine-in process follows a standard flow, where products are served directly without the need for additional packaging materials.
However, there’s a unique requirement for takeaway and delivery orders. Unlike dine-in, these orders require packaging materials, and there needs to be a way to manage the inventory of these packaging items as well.
Currently, the process is as follows: when an order is placed in the POS (for example, a burger), a manufacturing order is automatically created. This manufacturing order pulls in a Bill of Materials (BOM) for the burger (e.g., bun, cabbage, tomato, etc.). However, this standard BOM setup only works for dine-in orders.
For takeaway or delivery, the system needs to select a different BOM that includes the necessary packaging materials in addition to the burger ingredients.
This functionality is not available in the standard POS setup, and there’s currently no way to configure different BOMs based on the order type (dine-in, takeaway, or delivery).
Additionally, there are no available modules on Odoo app store that support this type of configuration.

I will make my question more clear. I am not speaking about MO.
I am speaking about POS screen.
In POS screen we have option to choose different price list. And so that we can have different price for same products.
Example: we have created Dinein, Delivery and Take Away
and based on order type we will change the price list and bill the customer. But for now, all product use one BOM as there is no way to choose BOM
and we need different BOM because, for delivery for the same product we need to reduce carry bags and cutleries as well.
Still unclear with your process.. while you mention it is not about MO, but about PoS, you are referring to BoM which is closely associated with MO.
In the PoS screens you seem to have a way to price and identify the product option (with order type) field.
With PoS the inventory adjusts happen at session close, so I would believe the products are already available in PoS and not made on order with an MO.
With kitchen display, it is possible to create stages using product categories, however this doesn’t break up the product to components.
With V17, you might be able to define a combo product which could be meal+packaging+cutlery + condiments for a take away/ delivery.
Could you confirm if you use the delivery later functionality to kick off delivery order or an MTO route?

A product can have multiple BoMs. By default the 1st BoM is selected if the MO is being created automatically. To get around this, you could have the 1st BoM as empty so the MO would be in draft and the applicable BoM can be selected.
From your post it is not clear, how the BoM impacts the pricing since you mention that is being addressed with pricelist
