Dear, below is scenario

> MY CONFIG

- Multi Company with Company A and Company B

- Email Alias for Sale Channel included: A@domain.com (belongs to company A) & B@domain.com (belongs to company B)

- Super Admin account (root account, uid = 1)  is stay at Company A as current Company

>CURRENT SITUATION

- When one customer send to email B@domain.com, one Opportunity record has been create by SUPER ADMIN account.

- Due to super admin account is stay at Company A. The record is create at sale channel of Company B but it's belongs to company A

- So user at company B can't access into the Opp record

- I try to log out super admin account but result is still the same.

> MY EXPECTATION

- The news record is created when sent one email to B@domain.com will belongs to right company (in this case, Company B). And it doesn't depend on which current company that Super Admin is staying.

Solution find out
- Each company you need create an "company admin" account. For example, company A has A Admin, company B has B admin
- After that, in debug mode, go to setting > Technical > Aliases > go to the alias and set Owner for which belongs to that company. 
From now on, system will create new record by using right Admin account, and company value also come along the way.
