I need to preview the cost for a mixing and while the BoM concept is easy, I don't understand how the Routing & Workcenter functionalities work...
Simpliest Use Case:
1 Mixer with capacity 100L

Now I need to create a Routing to be able to use my mixer. Let's say I create my BoM for a quantity of 100 and then that my routing is for a 100 as well because linked with the BoM
Name: Mixing

MO From this situation:
1) Cost is too high because number of hours is 03:00 (doubled) but number of cycles is 1 (ok)
a) Removing Cycle and Hours from routing = 00:50 but should be 01:30 and cycle is 0 (nok)
2) Changing MO quantity from 100L to 200L do not change the number of hours, but is correct for raw material quantities
3) How to fixe a minimum of work time ? If MO is for 50L then I still need 01:30
4) Before mixing we need to weight each raw materials, how that can be reflect in workcenter ?
