I'm using the mass mailing of Odoo v10 Enterprise and it seems that the tracking feature is not working specially with Opened, Replied and Bounce.


Please let me know what settings I need to do to make it work as I already did set the outbound mail and inbound mail settings.


Also I have 2 database installed. I wonder this affects the tracking feature.
