Hi all :-)

We’d like a way to manage Service Agreements we have with our customers. These agreements included yearly or twice yearly service visits, plus callouts to repair.

Is there a module for this, or one we can customise? 

Currently on Odoo13...

Actually there is a module in the OCA Maintenance repository named "Maintenance Equipement contract" https://github.com/OCA/maintenance/tree/13.0 take a look at it
