We’d like a way to manage Service Agreements we have with our customers. These agreements included yearly or twice yearly service visits, plus callouts to repair.
Is there a module for this, or one we can customise?

we also need a maintenance contracts management module for diesel generators maintenance company ..but the module you mentioned supports version 13, we need a module for version 18, any help plz?

The latest version of the module is V16, you can wait for OCA to migrate it to recent versions, or ask for your Odoo partner to do it for you

Actually there is a module in the OCA Maintenance repository named "Maintenance Equipement contract" https://github.com/OCA/maintenance/tree/13.0 take a look at it
