Is there a way to get live chat messages from website visitors to chow up on the mobile app? Client stays in to live chat in Odoo 24/7, but they don't see messages from non-working hours until the next day when they get into the office. For Anonymous users, the sales opportunity is gone by that time. Client is also logged in 24/7 with mobile app, but never gets alerts that there is a chat initiated. Is there some setting somewhere that'll push live chats to the mobile app/device?

Hi Casey. No, never got an answer to it. We just quit using Live Chat completely on all websites, it was causing more harm than good since the chats weren't coming through consistently.
