Hello,
Is there anyway to add or link an odoo v16 spreadsheet into a task. I have tried to share the spreasheet and add the URL into the task but when i cannot open it.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi Ronis,
yes it's possible.
- To be more organized, activate the "Document Workspace" for that project
- Go to Document App
- Under Configurations > Actions, create a new action for the workspace "Projects" so that it can be visible in all projects, too
- Conditions > related workspace: "Projects"
- Actions
- create your spreadsheet either under "Projects" or to be more organized specifically under the workspace related to the project of that specific task.
- Then click on the "Action" on right pane
- Then you will have access to the spreadsheet from the Task.

besides, you can also directly click on the Smart button on the task and create your spreadsheet from there.
