Hello, 

Is there anyway to add or link an odoo v16 spreadsheet into a task. I have tried to share the spreasheet and add the URL into the task but when i cannot open it.

Hi Ronis,

yes it's possible.

  1. To be more organized, activate the "Document Workspace" for that project
  2. Go to Document App
  3. Under Configurations > Actions, create a new action for the workspace "Projects" so that it can be visible in all projects, too
    1. Conditions > related workspace: "Projects"
    2. Actions

  5. create your spreadsheet either under "Projects" or to be more organized specifically under the workspace related to the project of that specific task.
  6. Then click on the "Action" on right pane

  8. Then you will have access to the spreadsheet from the Task.

besides, you can also directly click on the Smart button on the task and create your spreadsheet from there.
