This ODOO customer issue tracker that I am using now does not show me when there is some new unread response from ODOO to my issue, and does show me the status of issues, if they have been closed. I would like to archive issues that are not important to me anymore.
It should have the following extra fields: Status, Is-new, message-count.
Also the order of replies should be like in a discussion, one following the other with the last response at the bottom. (And optionally with a choice to reverse the order of the posts.
