In e-commerce app, if we search something in the search bar, it filters the categories also.
So if you want to search something including all the categories, make sure that you clear the search bar by clicking the close (‘x’) button in the search bar or clearing the field using backspace. Also make sure that you pressed enter button or clicked the search button after clearing the field, otherwise previous search filter will be used again. Additionally you can check whether there is any search filter applied by checking the URL. If there is any search filter applied it will displayed at the end of the URL as “&search=’value’”.
