Hi All,

Using Odoo 16.0 Enterprise. We are trying to import 700 Internal Transfers but we get the following error when trying to mark the transfer as Todo:

The unit of measure Units defined on the order line doesn't belong to the same category as the unit of measure False defined on the product.

Here are the fields we import with. Please replace the [dot]:

When I open the Product sheet from the Internal Transfer, the UoM is correct: "Units".

When I created a new test product with the same UoM "Units" the transfer worked well.

On the Transfer, I've tried specifying the UoM in every way possible, id, external id, name, but it all results the same in the same behaviour.

Can anyone advise, please?

Hey R, it sounds like the issue might stem from a mismatch in the UoM categories. Even if 'Units' looks correct, the categories for the product and the transfer might not align perfectly. I'd recommend checking the UoM categories in the products and internal transfer to see if they match. Also, ensure that the import file data is consistent. Hope that helps!
