We have following apps which allows to import sales order easily on odoo. Please check below app link.

If you want to import sales order directly to done stage without invoices and delivery order , we can do that for you please contact us on sales@browseinfo.in, with help of above app we will do that.
If you looking for more data importation then we have following app which help ypu to import useful objects of odoo (i.e Sales, purchase, invoice, inventory , pricelist , journal entry etc).

Hi everyone. I'm posting the solution I found in case someone needs the same:
- Import the sales orders (standard importation via Excel or CSV)
- The sales orders stay in "quotation" status. With the Mass Editing tool, the status could be changed to "Sale Order" and the invoicing status to "Invoiced" (https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/12.0/mass_editing/)
