I am trying to use odoo for controlling and managing production in a manufacturing industry. We have a Product A, which required object 1 as its BoM and Object 1 requires Material ACH#25 as BoM.

We buy material ACH#25 and them operations are performed to make it into Object 1 and then finally processed into Product A.

When i set it as following:
Product A :   Sellable, Manufacture and Replenish on demand ( want to sell what i have, make what i need to complete order and then create a small stock after delivering order)
Object 1:      neither sellable nor buyable, Manufacture , replenish on demand ( want to use for Product A whatever i have on hand, then manufacture from material ACH#25 to fulfill stock requirements)
Material ACH#25:  buyable, Manufacure ( want to use to make Object 1, then buy when it goes below a certain point)

I have setup reordering rules for all.

Now when i make a sales order for say Product A for 50 units , here how it goes:

+If Product A is present more than 50 units, then it creates Delivery order straight way.

+If Product A is less 50 units, It creates 2 MOs. One for complete 50 units of Product A ( despite I had 20 units on hand). One for object 1 ( despite i had 100 units on hand and can produce 100 units of Product A , just need the time to do process)

What I want is that it creates MO for remaining requirement (50-20=30). And then create MO for the process part and use the object 1 i have to make more product A. It also keeps the status of first MO as avaiting another operation (2nd MO). While i had object 1 in stock ready to use.

Can someone guide me to how I can approach this.

Check the reordering rules you have set up. The reorder quantity is driven by how the rules are configured.
