Previously in odoo8 when I navigate to accounting I can find Chart Of Taxes and print tax report. In odoo9 this is missing? or I am required to do something to get it back?

Hello JC,
In Odoo Community version, you won't able to print tax report. Tax report can be print only in Odoo Enterprise version as a standard Odoo. In order to print Tax report in Odoo Community edition, you can purchase one of the App published at Odoo store, which will allow you to Print Tax Report in Excel.
