Hello all, we're a recent Odoo customer (enterprise v14 SaaS) and are in the process of setting up. We'd like our helpdesk page to look something like the one on this page,

i.e. popular questions on the left, "submit a question" button on the right
but without the learning - just a forum/knowledge base and the option to then submit a ticket. I can't see how to do this - can someone advise please? Thank you, Debbie
