Once few sales order are confirmed,is there away to run a scheduler at specific time, calculate the number of items in confirmed sales order that was scheduled for today then automatically create one manufacturing order for all of them?

example: Two SOs were created today ,SO 1 : 100 snackbars , SO 2: 50 snackbars
the scheduler must run daily at specfic hour (maybe midnight), calculates the number of items for today's SOs (150 snackbars) then automatically create MO for 150 snackbars
