Hi,
By default Odoo does not provide the bcc feature. But you can get the bcc feature by installing this module : https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/itis_mail_cc_bcc/
See the comment for the module, there is a issue , that user id will get exposed to all when after certain limit , anyway have a look at it.
