There are 8000 products in my product library, and 500 products need to be archived. I want to export all the data of the product library. Which field can set this product as an archived product?

Export Products as (import-compatible export) with Name and Active field, Set Active Field as False to Archive products.

You could use the filters in the products to narrow only the ones you want to archive, and once you have all (or almost all) the products you want to archive (and no others) just select all items with fast select and then Action->Archive.
